Marketing Communications Consent Optional

This consent is optional. You can use all ReleaseGate services without agreeing to receive marketing communications.

Article 1. Purpose

This agreement governs the use of personal information already collected under the Privacy Policy for marketing purposes and the transmission of promotional information by ReleaseGate (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2. Use of Personal Information for Marketing

The Company uses the following items from personal information already collected for service purposes under the Privacy Policy for additional marketing purposes:

Service usage records Personalized service and feature recommendations

Note: This agreement does not involve collecting new personal information. It is consent to extend the use of already collected information for marketing purposes. For matters regarding collection, retention period, and destruction of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 3. Types of Marketing Information

Marketing information sent by the Company includes:

  1. New Services and Features: New feature releases, service updates
  2. Events and Promotions: Discounts, coupons, special event information
  3. Service Tips: Effective service usage methods, guides
  4. Personalized Recommendations: Feature recommendations based on usage patterns

Article 4. Transmission of Promotional Information

The Company transmits promotional information with the user's prior consent in accordance with applicable laws:

  1. Transmission Method: Email
  2. Frequency: 1-2 times per month (additional messages may be sent for important events)
  3. Transmission Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (exceptions for urgent matters)

Article 5. Effect and Duration of Consent

  1. This consent takes effect from the moment the user agrees.
  2. The consent remains valid until the user withdraws consent or terminates their account.
  3. Marketing consent is automatically withdrawn upon account termination.

Article 6. Withdrawal of Consent

Article 7. Right to Refuse and Consequences

Users have the right to refuse this consent.

This consent is optional, and you may use all ReleaseGate services normally without agreeing. However, if you do not consent, you will not receive information about new features, events, and promotions.

Article 8. Secure Management of Personal Information

For matters regarding the secure management of personal information used for marketing purposes, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Changes to This Agreement

  1. The Company may modify this agreement within the scope not violating applicable laws.
  2. Changes will be announced via email or in-service notification at least 7 days before the effective date.
  3. If you do not agree to the changes, you may withdraw your consent.
